We deliberately test on low-end and mid-range devices — because a delivery app that drains 40% battery by lunchtime gets uninstalled, no matter how good the design is.

Publishing to Google Play is a process of its own. You need a properly configured developer account — for a Cyprus company, register it under the legal entity, not a personal email, or you'll face transfer headaches later. Google now requires a target API level within one year of the latest release, a privacy policy URL, and a completed Data Safety form before review. We set up staged rollouts and test tracks so a bad build never reaches your entire user base at once.
