Collaboration Models

1. Referral (recommendation)

You: We brought a client, we: sold and made the project.
Commission: 15% of the project amount (one-time for one-off projects, lifetime for subscription-based).

Suitable when you have regular clients with needs, but you don't want to get involved in production.

2. White-label (under your brand)

You: Work with a client under their brand, we: do the work behind the scenes.
Margin: 25-40% (if you sell for more, we get a fixed price).

Suitable for agencies that want to expand their product without hiring a team.

3. Tech partner

You: We handle marketing and strategy, you focus on the business side.
Margin: 25-30% of project sum or revenue-share.

Suitable for marketing agencies with long-term clients.

4. Affiliate (per click / lead)

You: You place our link on your site, we pay for paid leads.
Commission: €50 per qualified lead, €500 per closed deal.

Suitable for bloggers, SEO sites, content creators.

What do we do?

• Sites — landing pages, corporate, e-commerce, marketplaces (€290-50k)
• Mobile apps — iOS/Android (€5k-100k+)
• CRM/ERP - Implementation of Bitrix24, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc. (from €500 to €20k+)
• Integrations — payments, marketplaces, analytics, messengers (€200-3k)
• SEO + content marketing — Marketing, content plans (€300-3k/month)
• Support — technical support, hosting, updates (€200-2k/month)

Payment terms

• Trigger — after we receive 100% payment from the client
• Payment term — within 14 days
• Methods: SEPA bank transfer (EUR), Wise, Revolut, USDT (USDT/USDC TRC20/ERC20)
• Minimum — €100 for bank transfer, €50 for crypto/Wise
• Lifetime for recurring (hosting, support, SEO) — while the client pays, you earn a commission
• Documents — affiliate agreement, monthly work performance reports

What is required of you?

• Sign a partnership agreement (we will send you a template)
• Having a legal entity or individual entrepreneur to receive payments
• DO NOT compete in search with the same keywords
• Do not attribute our work as your own (only if white-label partner).
• Report a new client before we start work (so we know about your referral)

Tracking

We use simple UTM + email-mention- Approach:

• If a client came through your UTM link - we see in GA4
• If a client wrote "sent by [Name]" in an email or form, we consider it.
• If doubts arise, we ask the client.

For premium partners (3+ closed deals per quarter) - individual referral code.
