Why JAMstack

What you get

Pre-built on an SSG

A pre-built site on an SSG: pages are generated in advance and served as ready HTML — with no database call on every request.

CDN delivery

Copies of the site on servers worldwide, so a visitor from Limassol or London gets a response in milliseconds.

Content without code

Content through a headless CMS or Git: text, prices and the blog are edited without touching code and without the risk of breaking the site.

API layer for dynamics

Forms, bookings, payments and the cart connect through services and serverless functions.

Multilingual by build

EN/RU/EL multilingual support built into the build: each language gets its own static pages and SEO metadata.

Security by architecture

No public database and no admin login on the live domain, so there is almost nothing to hack.

Cheap, resilient hosting

Static content handles traffic spikes without going down, and the hosting bill is a few euros a month.

Process

How we build a JAMstack site — 4 steps

01

Reviewing the brief and content

We count the pages, languages and data sources (CMS, price list, forms). We decide what is static and what is dynamic via API. We lock down the structure and the SEO map.

02

Building the front end and content layer

We build the templates on an SSG and connect a headless CMS or Git-based content. We set up page generation for EN/RU/EL with separate URLs and metadata.

03

API and integrations

We connect forms, payments (Stripe/Revolut), bookings and newsletters through serverless functions and external services. With no vulnerable backend of your own.

04

Deploy to CDN and handover

We deploy to a CDN with automatic rebuilds when content changes. We connect the domain, SSL and analytics. We show you how to edit the site yourself.

About JAMstack

JAMstack in Cyprus — what you need to know

JAMstack isn't "just another engine" but a way to build a site: pages are generated in advance, served from a CDN as static files, and all the dynamic parts (forms, payments, bookings) go through APIs. For a Cyprus business this means three things: the site opens instantly even for a visitor on mobile internet, there is almost nothing to hack, and hosting costs a pittance instead of monthly bills for a heavy server. It's especially noticeable in tourism, real estate and services, where traffic swings with the season.

The key local detail is languages. In Cyprus it's normal to run a site in three languages at once: English for expats and tourists, Russian for the large Russian-speaking audience, and Greek for locals and for trust. In JAMstack each language is its own set of pre-built pages with their own URLs and metadata, so Google indexes all three versions correctly instead of showing a mess. We build multilingual support into the architecture from the very start, rather than bolting on a plugin later.

How JAMstack differs from the usual WordPress that gets installed for almost everyone in Cyprus: with WordPress, PHP and a database run on every request, it's regularly hacked through holes in plugins, and it slows down under load. A JAMstack site serves only ready HTML from the live domain — there's nothing to hack and nothing to crash. There's one downside: the content editor works differently (a headless CMS or Git), and it's worth agreeing up front on who will maintain the text and how. We set this up and demonstrate it at project handover.

FAQ · JAMstack

FAQ about JAMstack development

How much does a JAMstack site cost?
From €2990 for a business-card or promo site in one language. A multilingual business site with a CMS and integrations starts from €5900. A platform or catalogue starts from €11900. We give an exact price after reviewing the number of pages, languages and integrations you need.
How long does development take?
A business-card site takes 2-3 weeks. A business site with three languages and a CMS takes 4-6 weeks. A platform starts from 8 weeks. Timelines depend on the volume of content and the complexity of the API integrations; we fix them in the contract at the start.
JAMstack or WordPress — which to choose?
WordPress is convenient if you need to change content a lot and often with a non-technical team and a familiar admin panel matters. JAMstack wins on speed, security and hosting cost, especially with heavy or seasonal traffic. If the site is mainly about speed, SEO and resilience — go with JAMstack.
Will I be able to edit the content myself?
Yes. We connect a headless CMS with a clear interface or content management through Git — depending on who will run the site. After you change content the site rebuilds automatically. At handover we show the whole process and provide a short guide.
How do forms, payments and bookings work on JAMstack?
Through APIs and serverless functions. Enquiry forms, payments (Stripe, Revolut), bookings and newsletters connect as external services. This delivers all the dynamic features you need without a public database or a vulnerable backend on the live domain.
Do you support EN/RU/EL multilingual sites?
Yes, it's standard for Cyprus. Each language is a separate set of pre-built pages with their own URLs and metadata, so Google indexes all versions correctly. We build multilingual support into the architecture from the very start, not as a plugin on top.
What about support after launch?
We take it on for maintenance: updates, new pages, refining integrations, monitoring. Because of the static architecture, support is cheaper and calmer than with WordPress — no constant security patches and no risk of breakage from plugin updates.
