On Cyprus, the two main food delivery services are— Wolt (launched 2022) and Glovo (since 2018). Competitors but both dominate the market: Wolt is more prevalent in Limassol and Nicosia, while Glovo holds a strong presence in Paphos and tourist areas. How to become a partner of Wolt and Glovo

For registration as a Wolt Partners / Glovo Partners, you need:

  • Restaurant licence (Cyprus food license)
  • VAT number for invoices
  • Cyprus Limited Company (or Cypriot individual entrepreneur)
  • Menu with photos (photoshoot included if needed)
  • Dish descriptions in EN (minimum) + EL/RU preferred
  • Price list with categories

Activation of Wolt - 1-3 weeks, Glovo - 2-4 weeks. We help prepare documents, photo sessions, menu translations.

Two-way menu synchronization

Standard approach:

  • Source menu — your POS (iiko, r_keeper, Toast) or restaurant CRM
  • Webhook for change — Changed dish in POS → Update in Wolt/Glovo within 1-5 minutes
  • Field mapping — our POS fields meet Wolt/Glovo requirements (name, description, price, photo, options)
  • Categories and groups — menu structure synchronization

  5. The courier picks up the order — "Ready for pickup" status
  6. The client receives an order - status "Delivered", rates it.
