How to become a partner of Wolt and Glovo

For registration as a Wolt Partners / Glovo Partners, you need:

• Restaurant licence (Cyprus food license)
• VAT number for invoices
• Cyprus Limited Company (or Cypriot individual entrepreneur)
• Menu with photos (photoshoot included if needed)
• Dish descriptions in EN (minimum) + EL/RU preferred
• Price list with categories

Activation of Wolt - 1-3 weeks, Glovo - 2-4 weeks. We help prepare documents, photo sessions, menu translations.

Two-way menu synchronization

Standard approach:

• Source menu — your POS (iiko, r_keeper, Toast) or restaurant CRM
• Webhook for change — Changed dish in POS → Update in Wolt/Glovo within 1-5 minutes
• Field mapping — our POS fields meet Wolt/Glovo requirements (name, description, price, photo, options)

Orders → POS / CRM

Order through Wolt/Glovo follows this process:

1. A client places an order through the Wolt/Glovo app
2. The platform sends a webhook to our middleware.
3. We create an order in your POS - kitchen printing automatically
4. The host confirms preparation through POS
5. The courier picks up the order — "Ready for pickup" status
6. The client receives an order - status "Delivered", rates it.

Stop-list and availability of dishes

Burger meat has run out → Need to disable burger on Wolt and Glovo in 30 seconds or the customer will order and the restaurant will get a fine + bad review. We implement:

• "Stop" button in POS for the chef - disables dish everywhere.
• Auto-disconnection when balance is 0 (if tracking is enabled)
• Schedule stop-list (e.g., no dinner before 11 AM)
• Return to work by clicking the same button

Analytics and reports

Standard reports:
