basic version
1C is working
What do we do during 1C integration?
Products and inventory
Two-way synchronization: products and attributes from 1C → to the site, stock and prices are updated every 5-15 minutes or on an event.
Orders and payments
Order from the website → automatically to 1C (an "Order by Customer" document is created). Payment via Stripe/JCC → processed in 1C with correct analytics.
Documents and VAT
Automated invoice, receipt, and act generation in 1C. VAT accounting at 19% Cyprus or 20% UA. Document export to PDF for client email.
CommerceML / OData / REST
Standard 1C exchange (CommerceML) for goods and orders, OData for arbitrary queries, REST API for modern scenarios.
Which platforms do we integrate with 1C?
How we integrate 1C - 4 steps
Audit of your 1C and current setup
We examine your 1C configuration, exchange rules, product catalog, and order flow. Identify what needs syncing — prices, stock, or customer data.
Setting up exchange channels
REST or CommerceML endpoints, test environment, mapping fields between 1C and your site/CRM. We configure the sync logic to match your daily operations.
Development and testing
Bidirectional sync of orders, payments, and inventory. Testing with real data — over 30 edge cases including refunds, partial shipments, and payment failures.
Go-live and support
Live exchange activation, monitoring first sync cycles, team briefings. Includes 30 days of free post-launch support.

Integration of 1C with a website and CRM - what's important to know
Why integrate 1C with a website?
1C is the main accounting system for Russian-speaking businesses. In Cyprus, most companies with offices in CIS or importing from Russia/Ukraine use 1C. Without integration with a website, there is duplicate data entry: the manager copies orders from the site into 1C, and updates the rest manually, entering prices twice. This consumes hours of working time, leads to errors, and slows down order processing. Integration automates all exchanges - saving 5-15 hours per day for an average store.
With what configurations we work in 1C
- 1C: Retail Management (UT 11) — main for wholesale and retail trade
- 1C: Accounting (BP 3.0) — for accounting and tax reporting
- 1C: Retail (Retail 2) — for stores with cash registers
- 1C:ERP Business Management — for large enterprises
- 1C: Comprehensive Automation — Hybrid UT + Accounting
- 1C: Management of our company (UNF) — for small business
- 1C: Document flow — for documents and agreements
- Custom configurations — industry solutions, custom-built
Data exchange methods
- CommerceML - Standard 1C exchange format with websites. XML files via cron, supported by WooCommerce, Bitrix, OpenCart, RecCMS out of the box
- OData - REST protocol for 1C to make arbitrary requests. Flexible but requires configuration on the 1C side.
- 1C web services — custom methods on the 1C side, called from the site via SOAP or REST
- 1C HTTP services — modern approach, REST endpoints directly in 1C
- Direct access to DB — last resort, via MS SQL/PostgreSQL. Not recommended
- File sharing — for cases where 1C does not have internet access (old servers)
What do we synchronize?
Standard set for an online store:
- 1C → website: products, attributes, categories, stocks, prices (including different price types - wholesale/retail/promotional), images, product statuses
- Website → 1Ccustomer orders, contact details, payments (after successful transaction in acquiring), order statuses
- Two-wayOrder statuses (delivered, cancelled, return), balances (after manual adjustments in 1C)
How much does 1C integration cost?
The cost depends on the volume of data and the direction of exchange:
- One-way goods and inventory dump: €690-1490
- Two-way with orders: €1490-2990
- Integration with CRM (via 1C): +€490-990
- Custom logic and 1C:ERP: €2990-9900
- Multi-branching with different 1C bases: €4990+
1C license and work on 1C side (if custom adjustments are required) — are paid separately. Standard functionality often suffices without adjustments.
Common task scenarios
- WooCommerce store + 1C: Accounting software — products, stocks, orders. Via CommerceML or 1C Exchange plugin
- Website on RecCMS + 1C:Accounting — Product synchronization and auto-generation of invoices
- Marketplace + 1C:ERP — custom API, SKU synchronization, inventory, orders from sellers
- CRM Bitrix24 + 1C:Enterprise — Standard integration via Bitrix connector or custom API
- Several stores + 1C:ERP — a unified database with different storefronts showing varying prices
1C in Cyprus - Features
Cyprus businesses with Russian roots often use 1C for:
- VAT calculation at 19% (Cyprus standard rate)
- Supplier documentation flow from CIS
- Import of goods and customs declarations
- Reporting for the Cyprus Tax Office
For Cyprus-only businesses, alternatives are often chosen: Xero (ENG/EU standard), QuickBooks, Odoo, Sage, MYOB. We also integrate them - get in touch.
Where does 1C work - cloud or server?
- 1C: Cloud (Linkservice, 1cloud, IT-Lite) - the most convenient for integration, no network restrictions
- Your server with a public IP — The website communicates with 1C via REST/OData. An HTTP service publication is required.
- Closed corporate server — file transfer or middleware (Tasker, RabbitMQ)
Security and stability
- API keys and Basic Auth for protecting 1C web services
- IP restriction - only our server can access 1C.
- HTTPS is mandatory
- Idempotent operations - retrying the exchange does not duplicate data
- Logging all exchanges with retry capability
- Telegram alerts for exchange downtime
Integration timelines
Basic product and inventory export (via CommerceML) — 1 week. Two-way with orders and payments — 2-3 weeks. Integration with 1C:ERP, custom logic, multi-filiality — 4-8 weeks. Possible phased launch: first catalog, then orders, then documents.
