Listing Cyprus property on RightMove — auto-posting and status synchronisation
RightMove is the No.1 portal in the UK, and for Cyprus agencies it's direct access to British buyers looking for a second home and investment on the island. But RightMove doesn't accept data as-is: it needs a correct feed (historically BLM, now increasingly RTDF) tied to your Datafeed ID and branch. A property without required fields, or with photos outside the limits, is simply rejected — and you won't know until you check the logs.

How we work — 4 steps
Data and access audit
We review your CRM/website and the property source. We obtain RightMove access (Datafeed ID, branch). We define what to list and in which format — BLM or RTDF.
Field mapping to RightMove
We match Cyprus fields to the portal's classification: types, areas, price, photos, statuses. We agree the rules for lettings and sales.
Feed setup and test listing
We generate the feed, run it in the RightMove test environment, catch rejections on photos and required fields. We bring it to 100% accepted properties.
Launching auto-posting and synchronisation
We enable scheduled regular listing, statuses update automatically. We hand over the logs and a short guide for your agents.

Listing on RightMove in Cyprus — what matters
RightMove is the No.1 portal in the UK, and for Cyprus agencies it's direct access to British buyers looking for a second home and investment on the island. But RightMove doesn't accept data as-is: it needs a correct feed (historically BLM, now increasingly RTDF) tied to your Datafeed ID and branch. A property without required fields, or with photos outside the limits, is simply rejected — and you won't know until you check the logs.
The main pain point of the Cyprus market is that data is stored all over the place: some in the CRM, some in Excel, some straight on the website. Fields need to be brought into RightMove's classification: property types, areas, price in €, rental period, coordinates. Statuses are a separate matter. If a property is sold or withdrawn but still live on the portal, you get calls about outdated listings and damage your reputation. Status synchronisation closes this automatically.
Multi-language matters too: your database may be kept in EN/RU/EL, but the RightMove card must be in English and clear to a British reader. We pull the right language from your database and make sure descriptions, areas and units are in the form the UK audience expects. Unlike a local listing on Bazaraki, the requirements here are stricter on format and photos — which is why the feed is configured to fit the portal, not the other way round.
