Listing on RightMove in Cyprus — what matters

RightMove is the No.1 portal in the UK, and for Cyprus agencies it's direct access to British buyers looking for a second home and investment on the island. But RightMove doesn't accept data as-is: it needs a correct feed (historically BLM, now increasingly RTDF) tied to your Datafeed ID and branch. A property without required fields, or with photos outside the limits, is simply rejected — and you won't know until you check the logs.

The main pain point of the Cyprus market is that data is stored all over the place: some in the CRM, some in Excel, some straight on the website. Fields need to be brought into RightMove's classification: property types, areas, price in €, rental period, coordinates. Statuses are a separate matter. If a property is sold or withdrawn but still live on the portal, you get calls about outdated listings and damage your reputation. Status synchronisation closes this automatically.

Multi-language matters too: your database may be kept in EN/RU/EL, but the RightMove card must be in English and clear to a British reader. These are different audiences, not an either/or. Bazaraki is local Cyprus traffic; RightMove is British buyers and investors. This page is about RightMove; we also do local listing and can set up both at once from a single database.
Do I need a ready RightMove account?
Yes, you need an active listing account with a Datafeed ID and branch. The contract with RightMove and the portal payment are on your side. We set up the technical listing and the feed for that account.
What happens to sold and withdrawn properties?
On plans with synchronisation, the sold/let/withdrawn status is sent to the portal automatically and the listing is withdrawn. Without synchronisation, statuses have to be updated manually.
