AutoScout24 listings for car dealers in Cyprus

AutoScout24 listings for car dealers in Cyprus

AutoScout24 is Europe's largest car portal, and for a Cypriot dealer it means reaching beyond the local market: your car is seen by buyers across the EU, not just those scrolling through Bazaraki. But the portal is strict about data. The feed has to match its reference lists exactly: fuel types, body styles, equipment, colours — all by their codes. Uploading car by car eats hours and inevitably triggers moderation errors. An automated feed solves this: the data is pulled from your database and mapped once.

Process

How we work — 4 steps

01

Audit and access

We review your car database (Excel, CRM, website), get access to your dealer account on AutoScout24 and confirm the feed format — XML or CSV.

02

Mapping and feed

We map your fields to the portal's reference lists, set up feed generation, run a test upload of 5-10 cars and catch any moderation errors.

03

Status sync

We connect automatic removal of sold and reserved cars, plus price and mileage updates. Listings stay current without any input from you.

04

Launch and handover

We push your entire stock to the portal, show you how to add cars and hand over a guide. From there the feed runs on its own.

FAQ

FAQ

How much does setting up an AutoScout24 feed cost?
From €490 for a basic feed with one-off setup and stock upload. Status sync and multichannel — from €890 and €1490. The exact price depends on the size of your stock and the data source.
How long does launch take?
A basic feed usually takes 5-7 working days: audit, mapping, test upload, launch. With status sync and CRM integration — up to 2 weeks.
AutoScout24 or Bazaraki — which should I choose?
Bazaraki is local Cypriot traffic, AutoScout24 is all of Europe and buyers from the EU. For a dealer it pays to be on both. We set up publishing from a single database to several platforms at once.
Where does the car data come from?
From any source: Excel/Google Sheets, your CRM, your website admin panel or 1C. We build the feed around what you already have — switching to a new system isn't required.
What happens with sold cars?
On a plan with sync, a sold/reserved status removes the listing from the portal automatically the same day. You won't get calls about cars that are already sold.
What language will the listings be in?
We prepare descriptions and key fields in EN/RU/EL so the card works for the entire audience in Cyprus and the EU. By default we prioritise English as the portal's language.
Who maintains the feed after launch?
We hand over a guide and from there the feed runs by itself. When AutoScout24 changes its spec or your stock grows, we pick it up on support — on request or by retainer.

Listing cars on AutoScout24 in Cyprus — what you need to know

AutoScout24 is Europe's largest car portal, and for a Cypriot dealer it means reaching beyond the local market: your car is seen by buyers across the EU, not just those scrolling through Bazaraki. But the portal is strict about data. The feed has to match its reference lists exactly: fuel types, body styles, equipment, colours — all by their codes. Uploading car by car eats hours and inevitably triggers moderation errors. An automated feed solves this: the data is pulled from your database and mapped once.

The Cypriot specifics — right-hand and left-hand drive cars, imports from the UK and Japan, non-standard trim levels. It's important to reflect this correctly in the feed, otherwise the listing either fails moderation or misleads the buyer. Plus prices in euros and the correct VAT status for cars sold to businesses. We set these fields up for the realities of the island, not for a one-size-fits-all template.

Multilingual content is a topic of its own. In Cyprus a buyer can be English-speaking, Russian-speaking or Greek. We prepare descriptions and key fields in EN/RU/EL so the card works for the portal's entire audience. And most importantly — status sync: a sold car should disappear from AutoScout24 the same day. Otherwise you get calls about cars already sold, and your seller rating on the portal drops.
