Terms of use

Terms of use of the site and services 62px - rights and obligations of clients and the studio.

1. Parties

Performer — company 62px (Cyprus Limited Company), Limassol, Cyprus.

Client — a natural or legal person who has contacted the services through the website 62px.com or other communication channels.

These terms and conditions constitute a public offer. Using this site or entering into a contract implies acceptance of these terms.

2. Services

The executive provides the following services:

  • Website development (landings, corporate, stores, catalogs, SaaS, marketplaces)
  • Implementation of CRM and ERP systems (Bitrix24, AmoCRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Mobile app development (iOS, Android, cross-platform, PWA)
  • Integrations with external services (payments, messengers, marketplaces, 1C)
  • SEO promotion and content marketing
  • Support and development of existing projects

A specific list and terms for each project are set out in a separate agreement.

3. Prices and payment

  • Prices are quoted on the website from the minimum scale. The exact cost is determined after audit and brief.
  • A 62% discount is offered for case study publication with the client's written consent to include company name, screenshots, task description, and result in the portfolio.
  • Final cost is fixed in the contract. No additional payments arise during the project, except for scope changes at the Client's request.
  • Payment is made in stages: 30-50% advance payment upon signing the contract, and the remainder after project delivery.
  • Accepted methods: bank transfer (IBAN), Stripe, Revolut, JCC, PayPal. Details in the contract.
  • Third-party software licenses (CRM, plugins, themes), hosting, domains — paid separately by the Client.

4. Execution periods

  • Deadlines are fixed in the contract with control points indicated.
  • The deadline starts from the moment of receiving the advance payment and all necessary materials from the Client (content, access, requirements).
  • If the Executor delays due to its fault - compensation is provided in the contract
  • If delay due to Client's fault (lack of feedback, late content provision) - deadline is extended without fines.

5. Guarantees and liability

  • 30 days free support after launch: bug fixes, minor adjustments, team assistance
  • Warranty for fixing technical errors - 6 months (excluding changes upon request)
  • Refund possible at any stage before project delivery, proportionally to completed work.
  • The executor is not liable for any lost profit of the Client
  • The maximum financial liability of the Executive is limited to the project payment amount.

6. Intellectual Property

  • After full project payment, all exclusive rights to the developed code, design, content transfer to the Client.
  • Exception: Standard libraries, frameworks, ready components that the Executor uses in multiple projects - remain with the Executor under license terms
  • Third-party software licenses (CRM, plugins, themes) belong to their owners. The client is responsible for paying their subscriptions separately.
  • The executor has the right to include the completed project in the portfolio (with Client consent or anonymized).

7. Privacy

The parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of information obtained during work:

  • Business data, finance, customer base
  • Technical access (hosting, DB, CRM, domains)
  • Strategic development plans
  • Upon Client request, we sign an NDA

Processing of personal data is governed by a separate document - Privacy Policy.

8. Contract termination

  • Any party may terminate the agreement with a written notice of 14 days.
  • In case of client-initiated termination - payment is for the actual volume of work performed.
  • In case of termination at the initiative of the Executor, the advance for unperformed work is returned.
  • All materials provided to the Client before termination remain with them.

9. Disputes

  • All disputes are resolved through negotiation
  • In case of dispute, matters are heard in the courts of the Republic of Cyprus.
  • Applicable law - Cyprus Republic legislation
  • Alternatively, the parties may agree to arbitration (Cyprus Arbitration and Mediation Centre)

10. Using the site

By using the site 62px.com, you agree to:

  • Do not disrupt website performance (DDoS, scraping, hacking attempts).
  • Do not use our content (texts, images, design) without written permission
  • Do not represent yourself or 62px company employees.
  • Comply with applicable law

11. Limitation of Liability

The website 62px.com is provided "as is". The provider makes efforts to keep the information up-to-date but does not guarantee its 100% accuracy. Prices, terms, deadlines may change without prior notice.

12. Changes to terms

We can update the Terms of Use. The last updated date is indicated at the top of the document. Significant changes come into effect 14 days after publishing the new version.
